What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
It is the same plan. Annual billing is charged once a year and costs 47% less than twelve monthly payments. Both renew until you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Plan and billing in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
How does a single document work?
You pay once and get one document credit. Open any form you filled, choose Download and use the credit there. It includes one email send.
Can I switch between Individual and Business?
Yes. Change your plan from Plan and billing. Stripe adjusts the price for the rest of the current period.
Do I need a plan to fill a form?
No. Filling, signing and previewing are free. You only pay to download or send the finished PDF.
Is my payment secure?
Payments run on Stripe. PDFFormly never sees or stores your card number.
