# PDFFormly

> PDFFormly is a web app for filling in, signing and downloading official US forms such as IRS Form W-9. People answer in a guided step-by-step view or type directly on the PDF, sign, send the document to others to sign or fill in, and download the completed PDF.

Key facts:

- Free with an account: filling in and previewing every form, sending documents for signature (10 requests a month), asking someone to fill in and sign a form, and share links for signing or filling.
- Paid: downloading, printing or emailing the completed PDF needs a one-time purchase for that document ($12) or a subscription (Individual from $8 a month billed yearly, Business from $25 a month billed yearly).
- New members get their first completed-PDF download free after verifying their email address.
- PDFFormly prepares the PDF; it does not file or send forms to the IRS or any other agency, and it is not affiliated with any government agency.
- Forms are based on the current official PDFs published by the issuing agency; each form page links to its official source.
- Available in English, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, French, Vietnamese, Turkish. English pages are at https://pdfformly.com/; other languages use a prefix such as https://pdfformly.com/es/.
